A few 5D shots that I’ve toyed with

Yesterday Josh popped by to do a little shooting.  We headed out into the Dells once again.  Josh with his D700, me with my 5D Mark II.  Finally I’m getting to toy with my new camera.

My first test was to setup a few images for HDR.  I’ve got one that I liked yesterday.  Nothing I’m interested in printing.  Just something that was nice enough to post here.

In addition to trying an HDR I also decided to play with Topaz Adjust.  It’s a new Photoshop plugin that I’m trying out.  In the case of what I did with Topaz, not an HDR.  Just playing with a few adjustments.  I’ve got a lot more reading to do and “figuring.”  I think I might have some applications for Topaz, but I need to learn more about its properties.

Anyhow…..here’s a “before” and “after” with Topaz.
