It’s not too early to start thinking about Tsunami on the Square

The events on the square will be starting up soon. And my favorite event, Tsunami on the Square, will be happening sooner rather than later.

I’m writing about this really early because last year it seemed to me that many folks didn’t know when Tsunami was occurring, what was going on, etc, etc.  This year I figured I’d help get a jump on things by posting here about one of Prescott’s coolest events (in my opinion).

This year let’s get the word out.  If you’re in Prescott, or you’re a fan of Prescott and the events on the square, start planning now.  I’m even going to give you a few ways to keep track of Tsunami……

Ready?

Okay, first off you can follow things on Facebook by becoming a fan of the Tsunami on the Square Page.  Next, why not check out Tsuanmi on the Square’s Official Website.  Finally, check by here regularly.  I’ll be posting reminders as the event nears.

When is Tsunami on the Square this year?  Looks like the weekend of June 19th, 2010.  You can learn more on their main website, linked above.

Finally, I want to remind everyone that donations are needed to keep the event going!  Last year I heard that support had dropped off, and I didn’t like hearing that at all.  So, there’s a PayPal donation button on their main site.  Also, if you’re a local business consider sponsoring the event again this year.  Believe me, I know things are extremely tight financially for all of us, but maybe we can each find a few dollars to put toward what works out to be a great show each year.
