A shout out from Airstream

While I don’t spend a ton of time on social media like I did last year while promoting the National Monuments guide, I still keep an eye on Facebook, Twitter, and the rest.

The other day while touring around the Organ Pipe area with Jodie and Bert I received a quick Twitter update.  Airstream gave the Airstream Chronicles a shout out!  And I have to say, it made me smile.

That was pretty nice of them, so I wrote back and said thanks  for the promotion.  It’s always nice to say thank you to somebody who is being nice to you!  In response I received the following:

Of course, we saw a lot more traffic on the site directed from Twitter thanks to one simple tweet from Airstream.  And once again, thanks!

I know people read the site, and follow along.  And I appreciate that a lot.  Between clients, Living In Tin, the business site, and of course this website, I often feel like I’m typing way too much on a daily basis.  But that’s okay.  It’s part of what I do.  And of course, when we’re fully engaged with a client things get a little quieter here.  Sorry about that.

I don’t think anyone wants to here the blow by blow as we work with clients.  It would be about crazy things like what font to use, or changing image captions, or asking if we could add music to their front pages….you don’t want to know about that stuff.  Right Ron?  🙂

So yes, glad to here the folks at Airstream are not only following along, but enjoying what we do here.

And yes, the Live Riveted slogan hit home with me some time ago.  I do #liveriveted
