What is it with children and weddings? Have you ever noticed that for photographers the little ones become a focus of interest in any wedding party? I’ve been noticing it as each wedding I shoot I always get the requests to make sure the children are featured regularly.
Normally for my work I focus a lot on the wedding couple. It’s their day. And the albums and prints are all about them, right? Well, in conversations with my 3 most recent wedding clients there was also an emphasis on getting shots of the children. Maybe it’s because they’re so cute in their “Sunday Best,” or maybe it’s just because they’re just so endearing!
Whatever the reason, they’re always popular shots with the families. So, to the rest of my photographer friends out there…..remember to photograph the wee ones at your next wedding!
