The Prescott Worldwide Photowalk has been expanded!!!

Richard Charpentier Notes from Rich, Photography Leave a Comment

Well, not my particular photowalk.  We’re full.  50 signups pretty quick.  And that’s the issue.  I’ve received tons of e-mails about the walk being full…..

So, we did something about it!  My friend Ken Christopherson has applied to make a second photowalk in Prescott and has been approved.  He’s got to activate the new page, but I’ll give you the link here:

Prescott Dells Photowalk

Looks like Ken will be taking people through my backyard.  I think his walk will be in the Granite Dells.  That should be extremely interesting.  Rock hopping, water front, interesting cliffs, Blue Herons eating frogs, wood ducks, and maybe an occasional kayaker or two.  Ken will be posting information soon, so if the page isn’t ready yet be sure to check back.  I’ve got a feeling we’ll be coordinating a bit as well.

For folks unfamiliar with the Dells, it’s a granite formation 4 miles outside of town.  I’m figuring Ken will be taking folks from Watson Lake Park.  It opens at 7 a.m. and I figure you’ll get started early before the heat of the day sets in.  But we’ll see what Ken decides on.  🙂

So, if you missed out on registering for Photowalk #1 in Prescott you’ve got your second chance.  Don’t miss out, signup as soon as you can.  Ken should make a fun walk leader, and he’s a guy with tons of photo experience!
