Yes, I think it can be.
When I first decided to stay in Prescott back in 2007 I was blown away by the scenery and weather. Blue skies every day…..sweet!
By July of 2007 though my mind had changed a bit. Every day with hyper blue skies and no rain? Argh!
Well here we are again. Blue skies and me wishing for monsoons. Too funny.
I do suppose that the perpetual blue skies are a little better than the permanent gray ones back in New Hampshire.

Beats the gray mist of the PNW. I love the AZ blue skies, especially if there’s a few clouds thrown in for great photos. But I also pray for monsoon.
