So, what’s happening today you ask?

Plenty I answer.

We’re getting ready for the next 4th Friday Artwalk taking place on November 27th.  That’s also Black Friday, and we’re not ignoring that by any means.  Of course, we won’t be having folks camped out in front of the gallery at 4:00 a.m. or anything crazy like that.  But, for the evening of the 27th you might find some amazing deals on older pieces that we just want to move out to make room for new images.  Ian and I both have several 50% off canvases available, and I think other artists hosted here might be doing something special too.  If you’re a fan of my Anza Borrego images, there are several large canvases that are 50% off.

On 4th Friday we’ll also be hosting Robert Jamason for his first gallery showing.  You heard it here first!  Should be very interesting, and I’m willing to bet folks will respond to his images as I have!

Tomorrow is my Birthday.  So, it will be “No Blog Wednesday.”  Wish I had a guest blogger to fill in or something, but you’ll just have to go without for a little while.  I know I’m getting older too…..this is the first time in my life that my beard has grown in with gray in it!  Wonder if I could Photoshop that?

Speaking of “No Blog Wednesday”, there will also be “No Blog” Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  That’s right, I’m fleeing town again for a few days of picture taking.  You probably think you know where I’m going, but you’re going to be surprised when I return and post some images come Sunday.  Wish me luck, I think I might freeze just a little!

There’s the wrap gang.  Going to be a quiet blog for a little while, but it’ll be worth it when I return with fun images!

  1. Happy birthday, Rich! You know that if you’re away from home on your birthday it doesn’t count because your birthday didn’t find you…

At least that’s my story…. bwahahahaha!

    Have a wonderful trip!

  2. Thanks for bringing us the sights and sounds of White Pocket.

Keep the beard and forget the gray… it’s a mark of distinction!

    Happy Birthday!

    And have fun!

    Thanks Lois and Bill! 🙂

The chin sure is filling in with gray! Wow, 38 years. How fast it has gone. 38 more with many more photos to come? I sure hope so. That should be enough time to get good with the camera.

  4. Happy Happy Happy Birthday Rich!! Hope it’s a great one! Have fun on your trip. 🙂

  6. Congrats on the milestone – I hit that earlier this year *sigh* (And for what it’s worth, my salt-n-pepper beard has been that way for a while…)
